Creating A Brand Identity

To create the 'Condiment Range' an identify needs to be formed. this identify needs to look and represent a professional company. Although, as it stands, the product takes on the form of hand rendered design, the brand image needs to take on a contemporary aesthetic.

The feel of the 'brand' needs to associate with teh concept of the 'homemade' 'house' 'condiment' variety but needs to be something that can also be expanded on, if the brand develops.

Logo / Brand idea/s & Development:

Initial Design:

Using A 'professional' and opposite typeface from hand rendered to portray a sense of professionalism and a contemporary approach a serif typeface was undertaken as a leading runner for the brand identify.

Then a sans-serif type face was introduced to add a less formal approach and to make the design product friendly.

'Family Run' represents the unique and message the brand wants to portray - Trying to create a logo onto a corporate and professional does not work on teh design featured below. It looks un-proffesional and 'messy'.

Changing the name and Introducing the 'Brand'

The use of having a 'corporate' and 'friendly' typeface works well to portray the brands image and message. So that design influences and works well with both hand rendered and brand face designs.

The use of still incorporating the word family is important. It is a KEY term to represent the message of the brand.
Having a 'tag line' also allows for a change
'A family of....'
can be adapted and changed as the brand develops further.

Development:

Final OutComes as of Yet.
The designs include the important aspects and the difference includes a friendlier typeface (sans-serif) for the tag line or to have he text in a serif and professional type.
That depends on the direction I want to take the brand.
